Experience this ancient Chinese exercise which promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome! Registration is recommended.
Classes are held simultaneously in-person and on Zoom.

Accompanying Adults
This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.
Join us for a relaxing morning of slow stitching. No previous experience is needed. Slow stitching is about slowing down and enjoying the process. Fabric, needle, and thread are provided, as is tea.
Local author Margie Peterson will be here to read her children's book The Boy Who Never Threw Anything Out.

Just about everyone self-soothes in some way. The word "stim" is used in neurodivergent communities to talk about the ways we self-sooth to regulate emotions and sensory input.
Do you have a lot of books at home and want to Spring clean? Bring a stack of gently used books and trade them with other teens. You can trade up to 10 books.
