Just about everyone self-soothes in some way. The word "stim" is used in neurodivergent communities to talk about the ways we self-sooth to regulate emotions and sensory input. In honor of Autism Acceptance Month QTLV is organizing this stim toy making workshop. We'll bring the supplies and provide two designs for folks to choose from. We welcome autistic people and non-autistic people alike. Come and learn a little about the intersection of neurodivergence and the LGBTQIA2+ community. Ages 14 and up. Registration encouraged.
