Experience this ancient Chinese exercise which promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome! Registration is recommended.
Classes are held simultaneously in-person and on Zoom.
Chess for Beginners and Intermediate Players
Chess for beginners and intermediate players with nationally-ranked chess expert, Chris Giannaras. Register for each class to secure a seat in one or all eight classes. Parking is available in the garage on the west side.
