Experience this ancient Chinese exercise that promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome! Registration is recommended at kevinsiddons@gentleqigong.net.  The program is in person or via zoom.
