Please note the following:
- You must fill out the Studio 11 User Agreement the first time you use the Studio and sign in every time you use the Studio. An ID is held at the desk while the studio is in use. Fill out the Studio 11 User Agreement here ahead of time: https://forms.gle/Auf8Z74fRNqX15DJ7
- There is a maximum of 6 hours per week for booking the Studio. Bookings are limited to one Saturday per month.
- You must provide your own sound engineer if you would like one.
- Room setups and special requirements are not available with Studio 11.
- If you reserve the studio and cannot attend, you must cancel the appointment on this site or by contacting the library.
- Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment without notifying the library will result in the library marking you as a "no show". Repeated “no shows” may result in the loss of Studio privileges.
- Use of this room is restricted to Recording Studio usage and is not for public meeting purposes.
- The Studio closes promptly 30 minutes prior to the library closing.
