No food or drink, bags, overcoats, or writing implements (other than pencils) are allowed. Photography and electronic devices are permitted. All scans and photography should be cited "Courtesy of the Bethlehem Area Public Library." A locker is available for personal belongings.

Please check-in with Reference Staff when you arrive for your appointment. If you have a specific subject area or interest that you would like Reference Staff to pull items from prior to your visit please let us know. Please keep in mind that reserving the room does not necessarily mean that we can accommodate the request due to unexpected closings. Also the Bethlehem Room is open to public and other researchers, staff, or interns may share the room during your time, space permitting.
