Cohen Room South Area

Description

The capacity of the Cohen South Meeting Room is 50 people. It includes the southern part of the Cohen Room and has a ceiling mounted projector with HDMI input.  Note that this room does not have access to a kitchen. The library cannot provide an HDMI cord or laptop. The library has ample chairs and folding tables. We will set up the room to your specifications. You may rent a meeting room at the Library for your group by phoning 610-867-3761 x262 or through the form below. Please be aware that at least one week notice is required for booking meeting rooms. Disclaimer: this room is above BAPL's recording studio.

Fees

Rental fees for nonprofit groups, with proof of 501(c)(3) status and PA Sales Tax Exemption (who are not charging attendees a fee), is $50.00 for up to four hours, plus $12.50 per additional hour. For nonprofits without 501(c)(3) proof and PA Sales Tax Exemption (who are not charging attendees a fee), 6% PA Sales and Use Tax will be added to your rental fees.

All other groups, including for-profit business groups, nonprofit organizations that will be charging attendees a fee, and private parties – $150 for up to 4 hours, tax included. Each additional hour is $37.50, tax included.
