Join us for stories and songs just right for you and your toddler.  Have fun while we discover and learn new things.

Join us for a variety of stories, songs, and fingerplays for the entire family.  This story session will be held in Youth Services, 2nd floor of the library.  No registration is required.

Join us for a fun half hour of screen-free play. This open-play experience encourages little ones to share and interact while allowing them to be independent in their activity choices.

Join the City of Bethlehem Police Department for a fun storytime! A police officer will read several picture books to children of all ages and talk to children about a day in the life of a Bethlehem Police Officer.

Classes are held simultaneously in-person and on Zoom.

Join us for some seasonal stories for both Christmas and Hanukkah. Get creative and decorate a delicious cookie too! No registration is required. All ages are welcome to attend.

Come make a gingerbread house that will last forever! We will be using upside down gardening pots as houses.

Impress the kids and grandkids with origami money stars! Learn how to fold dollar bills into origami stars before gifting the cash. We will provide origami paper (not the cash-haha) if you prefer to simply make decorative stars.

Join us for a holiday market featuring lots of local vendors. They'll be selling art and craft items, vintage items, music, books, househeld and pet items.

Experience this ancient Chinese exercise which promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome!

Memoir writing focuses on personal experience and discovering emotional truths. With reflection and practice, you will learn to find meaning in the past and refine your story to share with others.

Come hear the poem of the week! Every Tuesday at Books on the Hill a new poem is selected and recited by performance poet/library staff Cleveland Wall.  No registration necessary--this is a drop-in event.

Complete community service hours while also having a voice in the library! Help plan and prep for upcoming teen and family events. 

Learn how to crochet flowers using your fingers as crochet hooks. These make great ornaments or embellishments for hair ties or sweaters. Adults and kids ages 10+.

Get the holidays all wrapped up! We will provide the supplies needed (while they last) for you to wrap your gifts for the holidays. We will have a separate activity for children ages 7 and up on the 7th!

Registered children ages 7 and up are welcome to join us to make and wrap a holiday gift for someone they love.

Do you want to practice your Spanish?  If so, this group is for you.  Converse with other Spanish speakers on a variety of topics.

Bring your knitting and crocheting (and cross stitch and sewing and macrame and...) to the Bethlehem Area Public Library to chat with fellow enthusiasts and work on your projects.
