Qigong

Experience this ancient Chinese exercise which promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome! Registration is recommended.

Classes are held simultaneously in-person and on Zoom.

You don't need to spend money to give gifts to loved ones. This workshop is totally free and we'll learn two craft techniques to make gifts. Card supplies will also be present. Hosted by Queer and Trans Lehigh Valley Mutual Aid Network.
