Qigong
Experience this ancient Chinese exercise which promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome! Registration is recommended.
Classes are held simultaneously in-person and on Zoom.
Art and science come together on the library porch as we paint with plants. Learn the science behind plants and color, and then create your own work of art. You’ll “leaf” with a masterpiece! No registration is required.

A morning of mindfulness coloring under the sycamores at Stanley Park. As with meditation, mindfulness coloring allows you to switch off extraneous thoughts and focus on the moment. Coloring sheets and markers provided.
There are tons of cool crafts you can make out of old books! Come learn how to create a hedgehog out of book pages. It's the perfect decor to display on a bookshelf!
