Experience this ancient Chinese exercise which promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome! Registration is recommended.
Classes are held simultaneously in-person and on Zoom.
Designed for ages 3 and above, we’ll start with stories and then move on to a nature-based activity. No registration is required.
