Qigong
Experience this ancient Chinese exercise which promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome! Registration is recommended.
Classes are held simultaneously in-person and on Zoom.
Come create a reusable bag out of an old t-shirt! Bring your own or use one that we provide. Solid or patterned t-shirts work best
