Join Dr. Josh Lord for a virtual trip from coastal habitats along the Jersey Shore to undersea volcanoes a mile below the surface of the Pacific Ocean. Even though marine environments are close by, we know very little about the behavior of most marine animals and the bottom of the ocean is more poorly mapped than the surface of the moon!

Dr. Joshua Lord is a marine biologist and an Assistant Professor of Biological Sciences at Moravian University. He teaches several courses on Biology and Marine Ecology, including a travel course that takes students to a marine laboratory in Oregon for 2 weeks.
