Join Dr. McDermott as she highlights topics from her Exploration of Inner Space course, which focuses on the history of the exploration of the world's oceans and how it relates to marine life, climate change, and more.

Dr. McDermott is a professor of earth and environmental sciences at Lehigh University. Her research interests include oceanography and geochemistry.

Raffle tickets will be awarded for a chance to win a gift card at the end of the summer as part of our adult summer reading program.
