Children in 4th through 7th grade are invited to join us Monday mornings this summer at Books on the Hill for a breakfast treat together while listening to this summer's read aloud, Inside Out & Back Again, by Thanhha Lai.

Don’t miss the end of summer dance party. Play simple instruments and dance to the beat of pop selections and children’s fun favorites. No registration is required. All ages are welcome.

Join us for an ocean storytime that will get kids excited about STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math).

Summer reading may be officially over but the fun continues at our Wacky Wednesday Story Party! Preschoolers and elementary-aged kids can enjoy stories, crafts and fun before we head back to school.

A lively storytime for your little rascal, held once or twice a month at our Bethlehem Township branch location in the Coolidge Building. (Did you know that President Calvin Coolidge had a pet raccoon?).

Classes are held simultaneously in-person and on Zoom.

Art and science come together on the library porch as we paint with plants. Learn the science behind plants and color, and then create your own work of art. You’ll “leaf” with a masterpiece! No registration is required.

A morning of mindfulness coloring under the sycamores at Stanley Park. As with meditation, mindfulness coloring allows you to switch off extraneous thoughts and focus on the moment. Coloring sheets and markers provided.

There are tons of cool crafts you can make out of old books! Come learn how to create a hedgehog out of book pages. It's the perfect decor to display on a bookshelf!

Come hear the poem of the week! Every Tuesday at Books on the Hill a new poem is selected and recited by performance poet/library staff Cleveland Wall.  No registration necessary--this is a drop-in event.

Do you want to become a citizen of the United States, but need help?  Come to this class for help.

Volunteer teacher, My Lien Nguyen will help you prepare for the citizenship test.
