Need a quiet place to study for your exams, or finals? We will have our program room available as a study place for group programs and solo study. We will have some supplies available, as we would for Homework Help. 

We will be making constellations on an embroidery hoop using various craft supplies.

Please note our storytimes will now be held at 10:30am! This is a classic storytime with engaging picture books, old and new childhood songs, fingerplays, and early learning activities. For children ages 2 1/2 through 5.

Create a decorative Valentine themed fabric banner that can be hung over a window or door frame. We will be using fabrics, vintage lace, trims, and ornamentations.

Learn step by step how to paint a star filled night sky using acrylic paint on canvas.

Join us for a fun, eco-friendly crafting session where we will transform festive scraps into beautiful upcycled bookmarks.

Stop by BAPL South Side for a board game night with fun for all ages! Play familiar classics and also some new games provided by our friends at Sorcery and Scripts on Main Street. Walk-ins are welcome. 

Bring your knitting, crocheting, cross-stitch, sewing, or macrame, etc. to the Main Library to chat with fellow enthusiasts and work on your projects. All ages, experience levels, and crafts are welcome and we're happy to teach beginners!

Celebrate Edgar Allan Poe’s 217th birthday with Emmy award-winning writer, performer, and comedian Grover Silcox at the Bethlehem Area Public Library.

This small novice writing group meets monthly to share their short written memoir pieces and to discuss elements of memoir writing with each other and group facilitator, Jerry Waxler. 

Come hear Tinker Bell's version of the Peter Pan story! A craft will follow. Best for ages 3-9.

Would you like to trade your “like-new” jigsaw puzzle for one that is “new to you”? Come to our puzzle swap! Bring up to five puzzles and find some new challenges to take home. Check-in begins at 10:30, and swapping begins at 10:45.
