Qigong
Experience this ancient Chinese exercise which promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome! Registration is recommended.

Paper Plate Rainbows
Help us kick off Summer Reading with a colorful craft: Paper plate rainbows. We will use markers, scissors, and glue to make a beautiful rainbow. We can't wait to craft with you!
