Qigong
Experience this ancient Chinese exercise which promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome! Registration is recommended.
Classes are held simultaneously in-person and on Zoom.
Listen to a story read in both English and the featured language by Moravian University Modern Language and Literatures Department. Learn about a different world language and culture each session.
