Experience this ancient Chinese exercise which promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome! Registration is recommended.
Classes are held simultaneously in-person and on Zoom.
Let's Go Fly A Kite!
In this workshop we'll be making paper kites to fly! This fun spring activity is perfect for teens, adults, and families. (Younger children will probably need help from their grownups.) All materials provided while supplies last.
