Qigong
Experience this ancient Chinese exercise which promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome! Registration is recommended.
Classes are held simultaneously in-person and on Zoom.

Join us for a fun hour meant to get the kids thinking! We will read Creepy Carrots and then figure out how to save our hero bunny from the carrots that are chasing him!
