Experience this ancient Chinese exercise which promotes circulation, flexibility, balance, and stamina to improve overall health and well-being. Exercises are short, easy to learn, and adjustable to every individual. All skill levels are welcome! Registration is recommended.

Hojalata art is Mexican tin work in which the metal is cut, shaped, and embossed with a pattern. We'll be making our own Hojalata art with copper foil sheets!
