Breathing Basics: A spectrum of breathing techniques for calming the mind and offering interventions to alleviate ruminations, anxieties, and many mental issues that derail our peace-of-mind, sense of well-being, and even our sleep!  Presented by Wendy Littner Thomson, MEd, LPC, RYT, Psychotherapist specializing in grief counseling related to a range of losses, Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher.  Parking is available in the garage after 5 pm.
