Voces de la Comunidad: Latino Reflections of Life in Bethlehem

Join us as we speak to Bethlehem’s Latino trailblazers as they answer the question: “What has it meant to be a Latino in Bethlehem and how is that changing?” Participants from the Voces de la Comunidad oral history archive will share snapshots of the community’s accomplishments from 1969 to the present in Bethlehem, PA around migration experiences, representation, and advocacy in the areas of housing, business, government, and education. This event will feature the first formal unveiling of portraits by Marco Calderon and will include his insights about his artistic process.
