Program Description

Event Details

Join members of Moravian University's chapter of Gamma Sigma Sigma as they teach us how to make tie blankets! Tie blankets are made by taking two large pieces of fabric, cutting strips along the perimeter that are each a few inches long, and tying the strips from the two pieces of fabric together. They're super easy, fun to make, and serve as wonderful gifts!

The tie blankets made during this workshop will be donated to those using the library's Homebound service. You can read more about our Homebound service here. However, attendees will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win a gift card to buy fabric to make blankets of their own!
