Details:

Begin the New Year with an immersive journey of sound and tranquility at the Bethlehem Public Library. Join esteemed Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher Meg Green for an enchanting evening of sound meditation and sound bath. This event is designed to help you set your intentions for the year ahead and beyond in a serene and supportive environment.

Meg will skillfully play an array of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, and flutes, to create a captivating and ethereal soundscape. These soothing sounds will envelop you, fostering a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. During the sound bath, you'll be encouraged to let go of any thoughts or feelings that no longer serve you, making space to welcome new, positive intentions.

This experience is not just an auditory journey; it's a holistic encounter that engages your senses, calms your mind, and rejuvenates your spirit. Whether you are new to sound meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this event is a perfect opportunity to pause, reflect, and connect with your inner self in a unique and profound way.

No prior experience in meditation or sound baths is necessary. Just come as you are, with an open mind and heart, ready to embrace the transformative power of sound. This event promises to be a memorable start to the new year, setting a tone of harmony and possibility for all who participate.
