Memoirs Only Book Club: Persepolis

Please join us for an intimate and lively discussion of select memoirs throughout the year.

If you haven't yet tried reading a graphic novel, now is the time to try this format with our November memoir! In powerful black and white comic book images, this coming-of-age graphic memoir is at once a story of growing up in Iran during the Islamic Revolution and a reminder of the human cost of war and political repression. (November happens to be Satrapi's birthday month.)
