Event Details

Terrarium: a glass enclosure for keeping or raising plants indoors that mimics a natural ecosystem on a smaller scale.

Make your own tiny terrarium in a mason jar to celebrate Earth Day. Terrariums are made up of several different layers, such as gravel, soil, moss, and more which replicate the different layers of the Earth in order to support plant life.

Feel free to bring in a tiny knick-knack to decorate your terrarium with.

This event is for adults and teens (grade 6-12). If you can no longer attend, please cancel in advance to open a spot for someone else.
