If traditional yoga seems a bit intimidating to you, try chair yoga! Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using a chair for balance, thus making the practice more accessible to people of all ages, abilities, and special challenges. In chair yoga, it’s possible to move into poses like cat/cow, warrior, sun salutations and forward folds, all while seated. This special yoga series will be taught by Launora Jusufi of Calm Breathe Yoga.
Registration is required for each individual session. Since space is limited, if you need to cancel, please do so a day in advance so that those on the waiting list have sufficient time to plan.
