Program Description

Event Details

Families are invited to explore found art through a workshop featuring the work of Detroit urban environmental artist Tyree Guyton. Families will hear the book Magic Trash read aloud, see images of some of Guyton's work, and then create their own work of art from the recycled and found objects provided.

No registration is required. This event will be held in the Youth Department on the 2nd floor of the Main Library.
